At Salviv, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
